Loved Dr. Oziel!! He was so quick and patient with me. Loved that he took his time to explain thoroughly both contact... and routine eye exam. I definitely recommend coming in and having him give you your exam. Oh AND he upgraded me to a better contact lens that feels as if nothing is there.read more

Great and Attentive Staff! They made my 11 year old daughter feel extremely comfortable although she was a bit nervous.... Had a great experience here. The technology that they use is state of the art. The staff is very king and friendly... they are always willing to make sure you have a great experience. There’s a bunch of fake positive reviews.I’m not one to write a review because it takes too much time and effort. But... this time around I’m here to share my experience. Apparently the doctor that disrespected my wife with his tone of voice and hand gestures happens to be the owner. Not only is he disrespectful but he also does the bare minimum to get a patient in and out. After waiting three hours there he had the audacity to raise his voice and give advice before analyzing the exams that we took. We took two different exams in which he did not care to analyze until I had brought it up and put him on the spot. This man has no respect for his staff or customers, apparently his staff is afraid of him and what customers have to say about his performance.Stay away from this place, you can change a work environment but you can’t change character especially when it comes from the very top, the one who is responsible for proper business practice.Don’t spend all day to get attended to then be misdiagnosed because of his carelessness or simply because he does not care to do his job properly. I will tell you one thing they are quick to charge you, whether it’s your insurance or private pay.read more

During my last two recent visits, I had an overall pleasant experience and the service was great. While in the exam... room, I was assisted by Daniel, one of your technicians, during both of my visits. He did an excellent job in assisting me while I tried out a new brand of contacts. He was very polite and did a great job in answering any questions/concerns that I had while I waited for the optometrist.read more

My experience was amazing, the techs that I had (Mary and Janet) were quick, efficient, and professional. My refraction... was done in record time. Then Dr. Saporito came and quickly gave me the correct contacts, and a quick dilation. Overall, with these people working here, I’ll definitely come back.read more

My husband lost his contact which is very important as he is a professional driver. We went to see if we could get it... replaced asap because he has to leave for work in two days. Dr. Navarro's office was very prompt in their service. They really work with you and have some of the best customer... service I've experienced. My kids always get what they need at the best price. I highly recommend Edinburg Vision Center. In addition to a very courteous and professional staff, the clinic has one... of the largest selections of glasses and contacts. Their inventory also includes many popular designer brands. Dr. Navarro is one of the best optometrists in the area and is held in high regard by his colleagues. In addition to being very well trained and skilled, Dr. Navarro is also very patient and kind. He has been my family’s optometrist for many, many years and every time I visit him he surpasses my expectations. Very clean office and very friendly staff. I cannot recommend Dr. Navarro and his clinic enough.read more

Coming here has been the BEST experience in getting an eye exam. Aside from all the staff being extremely patient,... helpful and welcoming during this crazy time, they actually take the proper measures to make sure you stay safe and minimize exposure to others as much as possible. From the first call to book an appointment to the end of the consultation, it was nothing but great. Super clean, organized, and highly efficient. Israel was soooo amazing when prepping me to see Dr. Flores. He was extremely prompt, polite, attentive to my questions or concerns, provided detailed information about what was going to happen, and overall just a wonderful employee.11/10 recommended anyone to schedule with them!read more
